Jeff understands business and commercial real estate. He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and he worked as a Financial Analyst in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division. Jeff graduated from Stanford Law School, where he studied the laws of real property, contracts, federal income tax, corporations, and bankruptcy. As a practicing attorney, Jeff has represented buyers and sellers in commercial real estate transactions, landlords and tenants in commercial lease agreements, landlords and tenants in lease disputes, and lienholders seeking to protect and enforce their rights with respect to real property. In addition, Jeff prepares operating agreements, bylaws, contracts, and license agreements for his law firm clients.
Jeff is committed to serving others, and his professional life reflects this commitment. Jeff had the honor and privilege of leading soldiers as an Infantry Officer in the Army. Jeff volunteered as a big brother for Big Brothers/Big Sisters, and he served on the boards of a local adoption agency and the Foundation for Vancouver Public Schools. Currently, Jeff represents low-income clients on a pro bono basis at the Clark County Volunteer Lawyers Program.
